Biography
Scott Brandley is the CEO of Shopper Approved (https://www.shopperapproved.com) and Trust Guard (https://www.trustguard.com).
Over the course of his 26-year career online, Scott has helped to architect and build over 40 different software products and services.
In 1997, Scott started Specialties Online with his dad, Dave Brandley, selling religious products, jewelry, and apparel. They sold this company in 2004 and started to delve into the world of online software, becoming pioneers in the SAAS industry.
In 2006, one of Scott’s first software companies became a driving force behind StomperNet (one of the largest internet launches in history).

Biography
DJ Sprague is co-author of “Reputation King”, and has recently presented webinars on SEO and CRO for Search Engine Journal, Search Engine Land, Search Marketing Expo, and Practical Ecommerce.
He has also been a guest on several ecommerce and digital marketing podcasts including The Growth Genius, Scaling with Samir, Mission Matters, and the Stub Group Podcast.
His areas of expertise include online reputation management, ratings and reviews, SEO, CRO, and online behavioral design for conversion.
He is a certified behavioral design expert by the Cialdini Institute, the Online Influence Institute, the Behavioral Design Academy, and the Mindworx Academy.
DJ has over 30 years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, advertising, and PR, on both the agency and the client side, Including Hyundai Motor America, Toyota North America, and J.D. Power and Associates. His agency also contracted with over 800 automotive, marine, and RV dealers throughout North America to conduct CSI surveys (Customer Satisfaction Index).
He began his B2B sales and marketing career with Eastman Kodak and later served in various executive positions in marketing, advertising, and PR with NASCAR, the NBA, and MLS, as well as with SaaS companies and the nation’s largest independent automotive franchiser.
As a subject matter expert for the automotive industry, he wrote a monthly national column for Dealer Magazine on marketing, advertising, and PR, and contributed chapters to several textbooks, training manuals, and course materials on internet marketing, integrated marketing, and branding.
As CMO of a billion-dollar national franchise, he leveraged the power of social proof and online reviews to improve SEO and accelerate growth, as he developed and managed a comprehensive online reputation management strategy that spanned nearly 200 websites in 34 states.
As the CMO of Shopper Approved, he works with ecommerce websites to improve their SEO and CRO, while researching, developing, and testing new products and conversion tools. His webinars and ebooks have been featured on Search Engine Journal, Search Engine Land, Search Marketing Expo (SMX), Practical eCommerce, and more.
DJ has also written for Forbes, Small Biz Daily, and several industry trade magazines, contributed to several books and university course packs, and is quoted in the Los Angeles Times as a subject matter expert.
As a national speaker, he has presented for the Conversion Conference, National Automobile Dealers Association, and The Broadcaster Association, and received the Speaker of the Year Award from The Executive Committee (now Vistage).
